1. Children First Generation Department (CFGD)

The Children First Generation Department is one of the crucial departments within our organization. It aims to protect and promote the well-being of children, including investigating reports of abuse and neglect, providing services to families in need, and ensuring children's safety and permanency. As the names indicate, the primary beneficiaries of this department are children aged from zero to 14 years old. The department will be responsible for unifying, collecting, and involving all children from the community, mostly refugees and immigrants. The department aims to encourage children to take on their responsibilities while growing up year after year and day after day. The department will implement programs and projects aiming at contributing to a better life for children in terms of education, sports, health, and talent discoveries.



2. Microproject Department (MPD)

This is a department within Lubunga Pan African House for Community Services, Inc. that focuses on supporting smaller, focused projects or tasks, often to address specific needs or gaps in a community mostly refugees. This is one of the departments that deals with all categories of projects. They ensure that they coordinate all grassroots or micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises for disadvantaged communities to generate income or deliver results quickly for self-reliant life. The department has diverse programs across the country whereby each program is composed of two or more projects. The department aims at managing and supporting more focused projects that improve the lives of most disadvantaged people, mainly refugees while involving all needed people from the targeted communities. Some of the activities involved are tailoring, sewing, etc.

3. Youth Future Generation Department (YFD)

The Youth Future Generation Department of Lubunga Pan African House for Community Services, Inc. focuses on developing and implementing programs and services specifically tailored for young people and aims to promote their well-being, education, and development through activities like recreation, community service, and leadership opportunities. The youth department involves both males and females categorized as adolescents aged 15 to 24 years. Both adolescent girls and boys are included in this department. The department will call up all youths together for action especially that of preparing their responsibilities as mature people and involve them in developmental and productive activities. It will also collaborate with other departments to successfully implement its programs and projects related to different sectors.

4. People or Persons with Disabilities Department (PWD)

The Department of Persons with Disabilities of Lubunga Pan African House for Community Services, Inc. aims to ensure equal opportunities and address the needs of individuals with disabilities in areas like employment, access, and services. The services will focus on ensuring live comfortable lives and generate income through entrepreneurship and being employed like people without any disabilities. The department ensures that persons with disabilities have employment, transportation, access to communication, counseling, and advocacy. This department deals with managing people with different health and physical disabilities. It will make sure that people with problems are known and supported based on their disabilities. The main aim of this department is to support and construct a vision for people who seem to be more hopeless. The beneficiaries of this department should be all recognized people with disabilities and elders who are unable to support themselves. The program shall base its activities on supporting people with special needs including elderly women and men, orphans, the homeless, and people with chronic diseases such as HIV/AIDS.
It will also focus on contributing to vision with people with disabilities and become more confident since confidence is power. The elderly people shall also help guide youths and other adults relay on cultural beliefs bae to correct their lives copy up with location.

5. Refugee and Education Department (RED)

The Department of Refugee and Education (RED) of Lubunga Pan African House for Community Services, inc. focuses on supporting refugees through education and empowerment, providing resources, and advocating for their rights and well-being. The department ensures refugees have access to quality education, including primary, secondary, and higher education, providing English language classes and other language learning opportunities, and distributing school supplies, uniforms, and other necessary resources. The department also aims to advocate for policies that support refugee education and integration and help with tuition costs for refugee children to attend schools, including private schools. The department oversees all issues related to education for refugees, namely formal, informal, and nonformal education. Helps refugee students apply for financial aid, scholarships, and if possible,loans to help secure their education journey and destiny.

6. Refugee Women Empowerment Department (RWED)

The Department of Refugee Women Empowerment of Lubunga Pan African House for Community Services, Inc. (LUPAHCS) is one of the big departments that focuses on providing emotional and practical support to women, fostering their growth and empowerment, and engaging them based on the organization’s mission. The department advocates for equal access and opportunities for all, increasing dignity and well-being, addressing sexual and promoting long-term self-reliance. It also strengthens and invests in their assets, skills, and capacities, and find safety, access justice, and rebuild their lives.

7. Agriculture and Livestock Department (ALD)

The Department of Agriculture and Livestock Department of Lubunga Pan African House for Community Services, Inc. (LUPAHCS) is dedicated to focusing on agricultural and livestock-related issues, involving programs and projects, or advocating efforts that benefit refugee farmers, and ranchers for income generations. The department also helps refugees with education on agriculture and livestock projects while encouraging refugees to undergo community gardens to plant vegetables and be source of fresh produce for low-income families.

8. Productive Health Department (PHP)

This is another department where all health matters are initiated and managed within. It makes sure that women are largely managed to ensure they get the necessary services for good reproductive health. It helps apply for different health private and public services, assisting pregnant women with assistance if possible cultural means to avoid any problem that may undermine Congolese pregnant women’s lives. The department contributes to preventive reproductive initiatives to help prevent any reproductive refugee women from any health-related issues. Some of the activities include training, home visits, workshops, debates, and transportation for appointments, just a few.

9. Broadcasting Information Department (BID)

This is a department that oversees managing all forms of information within the Lubunga Pan African House for Community Services, Inc. It also focuses on initiating and controlling all social media connections of the organization. The department manages the radio station of the organization that broadcasts information about the organization, the targeted community, and even beyond. It is also in charge of reporting and linking LUPAHCS with other media and organizations through information. The main activities within this department among others are broadcast, reporting information, and training volunteers or employees.

10. Saving, Invest and Credit Department (SICD)

The department focuses on organizing the targeted beneficiaries to save some part of their income for investment to generate income. The department provides any form of information about money saving and means to become entrepreneurs and contribute to the whole process of combating poverty among the refugee population. The SICD is for organizing small groups of beneficiaries and collecting some of their income to save for investment in some small businesses for profit. Some of the main activities are training on financial literacy, saving and credit, and investment-related issues. The organization provides capital to help start or initiate small projects for income generation.

11. Research and Publication Department (RPD)

The department oversees all academic and social research on issues affecting communities and coming up with solutions. The entire organization shall respond to the needs of the beneficiaries. The program shall be done under Needs Assessment to collect views, needs, and problems faced by the communities and suggested solutions. The department helps conduct social research for the targeted people while publishing certain findings. The department works in close collaboration with the Broadcasting Information Department especially through media or mass communication or radio and other means of communication such as social media.

12. Paralegal, Legal, and Immigration Department (PLID)

The department if Paralegal, Legal, and Immigration focuses on helping refugees, immigrants, American citizens with services related to laws and paralegal services. The department oversees any immigration related activities, escorting refugees, lawful permanent residents and citizens at any immigrant office, accompanying or escorting refugee or any person in need of assistance to the court, ensuring lawful translation and interpretation of the case to the court or any lawful office. The paralegal counselors support attorneys and clients and provides legal advice, and handling immigration-related matters. Immigration paralegals assist clients in navigating the complex immigration law, including preparing and filing applications, and representing clients in immigration court. The department provides education and prepare lawful permanent residents to the way to get citizenship. The department prepares refugees and even escort them to the Immigration field offices for translation and interpretation.

13. Civic Leadership Department (CLD)

The department oversees training refugees and lawful permanent residents about civic leadership, community civic leadership. The CLD also help refugees understand the role of government and prepare them life of citizenship. The department helps prepare refugees or lawful permanent residents how to live after becoming citizens of the United States of America.
